Chain Reference — All Supported Networks
Auto supports seven blockchain networks: Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Solana, and HyperEVM. This reference covers chain IDs, supported features, swap providers, bridge routes, and chain-specific details for each network.

What Swap Providers Are Available on Each Chain?
Each chain uses different decentralized exchange aggregators for swap routing.
Ethereum
0x, CoW Protocol, Relay
Base
0x, CoW Protocol, Relay
Arbitrum
0x, CoW Protocol, Relay
Optimism
0x, Relay
Polygon
0x, Relay (no CoW Protocol)
Solana
Jupiter
What Bridge Routes Does Auto Support?
Auto bridges between any pair of supported chains except HyperEVM. Bridge providers include Relay, Across, CoW Protocol, and 0x where supported.
EVM to EVM
Yes (all combinations except HyperEVM)
EVM to Solana
Yes
Solana to EVM

Any to/from HyperEVM
No — use Hyperliquid deposit flow instead
Ethereum
Ethereum is the original EVM chain with the deepest DeFi protocol support. It has the highest gas fees but the broadest compatibility. Full lending is available through both Aave and Morpho. CoW Protocol limit orders are supported.
Chain ID: 1
Gas token: ETH
Lending: Aave V3, Morpho (vaults and markets)
Swap providers: 0x, CoW Protocol, Relay
Limit orders: CoW Protocol
Base
Base is the lowest-cost chain for most operations and the recommended starting point for new users. Full swap, bridge, and lending support is available.
Chain ID: 8453
Gas token: ETH
Lending: Aave V3
Swap providers: 0x, CoW Protocol, Relay
Limit orders: CoW Protocol
Arbitrum
Arbitrum provides fast execution and low fees. It is the gateway to Hyperliquid — deposit USDC from Arbitrum to fund your Hyperliquid account. Aave lending and CoW limit orders are supported.
Chain ID: 42161
Gas token: ETH
Lending: Aave V3
Swap providers: 0x, CoW Protocol, Relay
Limit orders: CoW Protocol
Optimism
Optimism is a good bridge destination with Aave lending support. This differs from Ethereum, Base, and Arbitrum because CoW Protocol is not available — use 0x or Relay for swaps.
Chain ID: 10
Gas token: ETH
Lending: Aave V3
Swap providers: 0x, Relay
Limit orders: Not available
Polygon
Polygon is the home of Polymarket — all prediction market trading happens on Polygon using USDC.
Chain ID: 137
Gas token: POL (formerly MATIC), not ETH
Lending: Aave V3
Swap providers: 0x, Relay (no CoW Protocol)
Limit orders: Not available
Important: POL is only native on Polygon, not on other chains. There is no native ETH on Polygon (ETH appears as WETH).
HyperEVM
HyperEVM is the EVM-compatible chain in the Hyperliquid ecosystem. This differs from all other supported chains because gas is not sponsored — you need HYPE tokens to pay for gas.
Chain ID: 999
Gas token: HYPE
Lending: Not available
Swap/Bridge: Not supported through Auto
Access Hyperliquid trading: Deposit USDC through the Hyperliquid deposit flow (which routes through Arbitrum)
Solana
Solana uses Jupiter for swap routing and supports SPL token and native SOL transfers. Bridging to and from EVM chains is supported.
Chain ID: 7565164
Gas token: SOL
Lending: Not available
Swap provider: Jupiter
Limit orders: Jupiter Trigger
Important: Auto maintains a 0.01 SOL buffer for transaction fees. Token addresses use Solana's mint format, not EVM addresses.
